Camp Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 87 684 762 034) trading as Airtek Industries respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct or delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you complete a quote form, call us, email us or message us, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your suburb and property details, and the job you are enquiring about (system type, new install or replacement, timeframe).
- Any notes from our conversations, site visits, quotes and invoices.
We also collect standard technical information when you visit our website or landing pages, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- To arrange site inspections, installations, servicing and repairs.
- To keep records of the work we do, including warranty and compliance records.
- To answer questions and provide aftercare.
- To measure and improve our advertising, so we spend less showing ads to people who are not looking for us.
When you submit a quote form you are asking us to get in touch, so you agree we may call, text or email you about that enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where we need to:
- Our CRM and communication tools (HighLevel), which store your enquiry and our messages to you.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising), for measuring website activity and ad performance.
- Suppliers, manufacturers and licensed subcontractors where it is needed to complete your job, order equipment or lodge a warranty claim.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and anyone we are required to disclose to by law.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and advertising
Our website and landing pages use cookies and tracking tags, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta pixel. These tell us which ads and pages lead to enquiries, and may be used to show you our ads again on other sites (remarketing).
You can control this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and you can manage the ads you see through Google My Ad Center and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using our site or requesting a quote.
How we store and protect it
Your information is stored in secure cloud systems, and access is limited to the people in our team who need it to do their job. We keep your details for as long as we need them for your enquiry or job, and then as long as we are required to keep business and tax records, which is generally seven years.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@airtekindustries.com.au or call 0448 392 019 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, with the effective date at the top.
